The Lake of Bays Residence Club serves as the central amenity for the 32 homes on the island. This community hub offers a space for owners and visitors to connect, unwind, dine, exercise, and swim, all while enjoying breathtaking views of the lake. It is also the departure point where owners can board their boats to reach their residences.

The architecture of the club harmonizes with the design of the residences, sharing a similar aesthetic but with a greater sense of monumentality, while maintaining the appropriate scale and experience for each distinct area. The club is organized into several buildings surrounding a central courtyard that faces the lake. Each building is dedicated to a specific function: the arrival area, fitness center and spa, lounge and dining spaces, and a versatile barn that can be used for yoga classes or events.
